I'm a Designer, Textile Artist, Consultant and Researcher

I help projects and productions create life experiences through manufacturing, precision engineering, technical innovation and fiber artistry. As a Researcher I take particular interest in maintaining the memory, heritage, and visual culture representation of Black, Indigenous and various People of Color.

I write and Speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and had my work translated to Japanese. Through my consulting work I assist productions to tell minority stories and aid the team to navigate through delicate topics with a better comprehension. I am finishing to write the book “ Brazilian Costumes and the Proper representation in Media” as well as few articles about bipoc fashion under a decolonial light. This fall I'll presenting my new article at Drexel University at the Dress Historian Conference .

This year I participated in local magazines and a Vice Documentary. I was featured at Cathy Hay and Bernadette Banner's Video. I was a invited lecturer at Sainte Genevieve Centre of French Living about creole fashion, and panelist at the FanX Convention in Utah where I had workshops, and I was also featured on TV at News 5 and Fox.
